What happens if you send me the wrong part?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong part, please contact us right away at 888-667-8938. We will correct our error and get you the right part as soon as possible.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
We offer a 30 day return policy, so you can return the part and then order the correct item. Customers who order the wrong part will be responsible for return shipping charges.
How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
In stock parts (excluding truck shipments) are shipped the same day when you place your order by 4:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day.
After orders leave our warehouse, here’s what you can expect:
- Ground freight takes about 1-5 days for arrival
- 2nd day air takes 2 business days
- Overnight shipments arrive 1 business day from the time of the shipment
- Saturday delivery is available at an increased cost, and it’s not guaranteed
What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
Items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. We will gladly assist you with a freight damage claim.
Do you ship outside the US?
Orders can be shipped to Canada, but we ask that Canadian customers call to place their order.
Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
Yes. For additional shipping fees, we offer 2nd day, overnight, and Saturday delivery.
What shipping methods do you offer?

Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and shipping information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it’s processed right away. Give us a call, and we’ll advise you on how to process a return at this point.
Do I need to have an account to order a part?
You can checkout as a guest, but we recommend that you create an account at the time of your order so you can track the progress of your order and check shipping information.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, the VW original parts warranty covers 12 months /12,000 miles.
How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?
Genuine OEM replacement parts do not void manufacturer warranties.
Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?
Your Volkswagen was made with very precise tolerances and fitments, and OEM parts are made to these same requirements. Aftermarket parts rarely meet OEM specifications, especially not parts which impact performance.
What if I want to talk to a real person about my order?

What if I need help installing the part? Can you help me with that?
We offer service and installation through our service department. Also, we provide DIY installation information on our blog for various repairs.
What are your Customer Service hours?
You can reach us Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm EST.

Which side of the vehicle is right side and which is the left?
The side is determined while being inside the vehicle. The driver's side is the left (LH) and the passenger side is right (RH).
Why do I need to supply the VIN?
The vehicle VIN is used to verify that we are sending the correct item. With the VIN, we can determine the color, options and special packages that came with your vehicle. If you do not supply the VIN and the order is not correct, you may be subject to restocking fees. The VIN can be found on your insurance card, registration, driver side door jam or driver side top of dash.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax from NJ customers.
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely, we use several methods to secure customer information. We use a 256 bit EV-SSL certificate (Extended Validation), along with daily vulnerability scans, firewall, a Virtual Private Network, and we do not store credit cards on our servers.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after your initial order. The returned part or parts must be in original condition and packaging. Customers who are returning parts because they ordered the wrong item will be responsible for return shipping. Exchanges can be done once we receive the returned item. Exclusions apply. What is a core charge?
A core charge is applied to items that are remanufactured. The charge encourages the return of the defective part, which can then be rebuilt and sold again. When the defective part is returned, the core is credited.
